2005 Global Health Summit recap

Sponsored by the Commissioned Officers Foundation and held in conjunction with the 2005 US Public Health Service Professional Conference, U.S. Surgeon General Richard Carmona and an array of distinguished international leaders met for the 2005 Global Health Summit on June 5, 2005. The Summit offered a unique opportunity for stakeholders to provide input on critical priorities in global health and potential collaborative strategies and approaches and culminated in the signing of the Philadelphia Concord.
