Board of Directors

The Board of Directors is the governing body of COA. The Board of Directors holds regular meetings, the minutes of which are sent to the Branches. The Board is required to keep the members informed of its activities. The officers of the Board include the Chair, Chair-Elect and Treasurer.

The Board of Directors is authorized to hire an Executive Director. The Executive Director carries out the day-to-day activities of COA under the direction of the Board of Directors.
