  • Family Member Educational Scholarships for COA family members
  • RADM Jerrold Michael Fellowship to fund advanced certification in public health for leadership development
• Governance and Development to maintain an effective Board of Trustees and increase resources to provide greater support for public health initiatives
• Preservation of heritage to support the historical legacy of the US Public Health Service and the US Public Health Service Commissioned Corps
• Special projects and research support for initiatives that advance and promote public health and public health leadership nationally and globally
