Representation on Capitol Hill
A top priority for COA is to ensure parity between the Commissioned Corps and other uniformed services. COA is an active member of The Military Coalition.
Participation in a Local Branch
USPHS officers value a local connection with their peers and to the communities in which they live and work. COA has Local Branches throughout the country and overseas.
The COA ribbon is authorized to be worn on the PHS uniform by members in good standing when attending COA functions. Contact us if you did not receive a ribbon when you joined COA.

"While attending the COF conference in New Orleans I visited the CPH booth. After learning more about the CPH I decided to take the plunge and take the certification exam. It had been over six years since completing graduate school and I thought that obtaining the certification would be a good way to refresh my memory and stay current in the field of public health." - CDR Megan Mattingly, USPHS
To receive your free study guide and the $135 application discount, visit the NBPHE site for the CPH Study Guide and create a new account with your email address. After you log in with your credentials, you will be directed to a payment page.
