Research proves that if you offer genuine praise regularly enough, it can have an enduring and positive effect on relationships. Yet something so simple is often overlooked in our day-to-day rush to “get the work done.” In this 60-minute session, we’ll talk about why praise is so important, and then we’ll look at easy ways to incorporate that praise into your workday. You’ll leave with tools to determine the how and when of praise, as well as a list of more than fifteen reasons why you might want to praise someone – and some really good phrases to use when you just can’t think of the right words.
